Job Duties:
Respond to roof leaks or roof-related issues Work weekends if necessary Perform inspections to determine the root cause of issues (i.
e.
leak, tear, clog) Repair or replace TPO, PVC, Modified, Metal, EPDM, and BUR Adheres to and enforces safety rules for roofing maintenance Communicating effectively with your foreman and supervisor Address and resolve any issues or concerns Carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws Qualifications :
Ability to safely work at heights Can perform physical activities on a regular basis Analyze information and evaluate problems Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness Develops strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Safely operate power tools and/or equipment Compensation:
Pay is based on experience Insurance available Job Type:
