Responsibilities:
Organize and optimize office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Handle the sorting and timely distribution of communications.
Create and maintain accurate records, ensuring the validity and integrity of information.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Monitor and manage office supplies, promptly addressing any shortages.
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Foster and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
Provide receptionist duties when required.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Familiarity with back-office computer systems, such as ERP software.
Working knowledge of office equipment.
Thorough understanding of office management procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
