Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external clients.
Provide administrative support by receiving and screening telephone inquiries and visitors, responding to routine questions and providing information, typing, sorting, filing documents, copying, scanning and/or faxing documents, assisting with completion of routine forms, opening and distributing mail and preparing outgoing mail.
Provide meeting support by attending various meetings and prepare various correspondence by typing, scanning, faxing, filing and mailing various documents.
Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents.
Respond to incoming customer calls and resolve issues or direct to the appropriate resource as needed.
Assist the General Manager and Shared Services division with administrative support that drives the organization forward.
Manage the list of company initiatives to ensure the General Manager has information required to effectively lead the company.
Effectively manage conflict resolution with customers through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently.
Promptly report any service issues to the appropriate leader to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
Perform other duties as assigned.
