In search of a PERSONAL ASSISTANT for a business owner in Murfreesboro, TN.
Ideal hiring timeline for this role is before, or shortly after Thanksgiving.
This position will begin as part time (30 hours per week), but expected to reach full time (40 hours per week) in the future! Preferred days are Monday - Thursday from 9am - 5pm.
NO weekends.
Both days and hours are flexible for the perfect candidate! This is a hybrid office/remote position.
Personal Assistant PA can expect to work from home a minimum of one work week per month (4 days.
) Business owner Principle, has two businesses.
One locally in Murfreesboro and then one based in St.
Louis, MO.
St.
Louis company is in logistics and has 80 employees.
The local business here in Murfreesboro is a retail clothing store.
PA responsibilities include:
answering employee questions via email or phone, answering emails, answering phone calls, organizing, light accounting, ADP, errands, retrieving packages, accepting packages, returns, booking flights and other travel related assistance.
Great writing skills are required to apply! A Macbook computer will be provided.
Looking for a go-getter personality who is detail oriented and professional.
Must be able to communicate quickly and effectively to Principle and his Operations Manager in MO.
Principle is very willing to train in all areas! Quickbooks experience is preferred, but not required to apply.
Must have a reliable vehicle and cell phone to apply.
