We are looking for a team player, who is great at communication and is a natural born problem solver and helper.
Applicant must be comfortable with answering/using a phone system and use of a computer.
Job includes data entry, filing, and light cleaning.
This person must be:
-Punctual and dependable.
Trustworthy and reliable.
-Must be able to answer phones in a personable voice and record detailsconsistentl.
-Self motivated, with keen attention to detail.
-Able to return emails and forward to the appropriate person within the office.
-Able to assist with the creation of contracts and invoicing.
-Help with scheduling and time management.
-Knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft office (word, Excel, outlook).
-Must be able to assist with data entry (enter bills, receipts, enter time for payroll).
Understanding that organization and record keeping is critical to efficiency.
-Drivers License Required.
- Previous experience required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
