answering phones, scheduling appointments, attaching insurance cards, correctly, to patient charts, receiving faxes/attaching and labeling documents to patient's charts, collecting charges, rooming patients, entering vitals, medication reconciliation, updating past medical history, starting chart notes, turning-over rooms, sterilizing instruments, running an autoclave, assisting with minor procedures, taking x-rays, obtaining prior authorizations, and scheduling surgeries.
This position is specifically designed for a self motivated team member that's excited to be well rounded in their podiatry knowledge and doesn't easily become overwhelmed.
Personal attributes must include, self initiative, confidence, attention to detail, multitasking, understanding sterile technique, dependability, being prompt, and being a team player.
