Supply Management Specialist

Plan, coordinate, and execute the day-to-day activities required to efficiently receive, warehouse, issue, pack, load, ship, and deliver supplies to Project Trans Am customers. Participate in the overall planning, development, and execution of Project Trans Am and Distribution Center policies and procedures. Review operations, evaluate results, analyze information, and make supply program modification recommendations to the supervisor to ensure compliance with the requirements of Area Service units and program activities. Implement requirements, establish priorities, assisting in determine assignments, and help set Distribution Center objectives to meet overall program goals. To qualify for this position, your resume must state sufficient experience and/or education, to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are applying. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. MINIMUM

Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks:
GS-11:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-9 grade level. Specialized Experience is:
Experience planning, coordinating, and executing the day-to-day activities required to efficiently receive, warehouse, issue, pack, load, ship, and deliver supplies. Experience planning, development, and execution of a Medical Distribution Center policies and procedures. Experience reviewing warehouse and supply operations for compliance and making program modifications and recommendations. Experience implementing requirements, establishing priorities, and assisting in determining assignments to meet overall program goals. OR Education:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related (or combination as listed in assessment) You must meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
