THIS POSITION WILL SUPPORT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT'S RESPONSE EFFORTS TO COVID-19 Major Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Coordinates the functions of the property management program. Composes property reports and compiles data in to organizational reporting systems. Responsible for the accuracy of all personal property records and documentation. Conducts extensive and exhaustive searches for required information. Serves as the primary point of contact for reconciliation in procurement services. Demonstrates experience with commercial supply sources and business practices. Proficient with procurement procedures, programs, policies and regulations. Oversees the return action of damaged and expired drugs to vendors. Assists in identifying damaged and expired drugs during normal operations. Verifies reports created as returns are delivered ensuring vendor paperwork is processed correctly. Monitors website activity and notifications for recalled products Quarantines any recalled product and works with vendor for return credit. Ensures all necessary inventory adjustments are removed from management systems. Promotion Potential:

Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. (If you have not held a GS grade at any time in the past 52 weeks, this restriction does not apply to you). For a GS-7 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-6. The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide an additional SF-50 that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade. Note:

Physical Requirements:
Work requires long periods of standing, walking, stooping, bending, and lifting heavy items. A great amount of walking is required to conduct on-site inventories of ElL equipment. Lifting is required when receipting in equipment and preparing equipment for sales. Working Environment:
Work is performed generally in an office selling where the employee has access to a personal computer and computerized and manual records. Frequent trip to areas on the production floor n a warehouse setting will be made. Working in a warehouse setting could occasionally be dirty, hot or cold, and humid. Incumbent will occasionally be required to be outdoors when the need to transfer equipment from the mall building to the storage building occurs. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
