We are looking to transfer our lease over to someone else. The current lease includes pet rent for two animals. The lease ends on 15th November, 2023. We are more than happy to move out before the end of the month, we'd just need at least five days notice. The apartment is Ashwood Cove. We've been fairly pleased with management. They fix the apartment issues in a very timely manner and they've been nothing but pleasant to work with. The apartment has laundry hookups available as well as three laundry facilities on the premises. The kitchen is small, or cozy, depending on your cup of tea. There are two pools and an exercise facility for the residents to use. You wont need to pay deposit or first months rent as that will transfer as well. You will need to apply directly with Ashwood Cove and pay the application fee. They require that the rent is at least a third of the combined lease holders income.
